I made this 12 x 12 single page layout for the ladies in my Flower Making Class-it has been postponed for a couple of weeks-so I thought I would share a tip for creating your very own Kiwi Lane style template for future layouts.
Here is a video showing how I made a template of the above border edge-which allows me to easily make multiples of the page above or to save on a key ring for future layouts.

I am going to buy the stencil material tomorrow and make some of my own borders. I did not know that material was available for purchase. Thanks, you just saved me a lot of money!
