Disney/Pixar Blog Hop: I Wanna Build a SnowMan

If you love Disney Pixar and crafting, you came to the right place!  We have an entire month of fun planned for you, with a new group of crafting bloggers every Saturday in June.

Are you having fun with our hop?  If you missed the first two weekends, you can still go back and see all of those projects too.  Just click HERE to see the projects from the first weekend, and click HERE to see the projects from the second weekend.

Here is my Olaf...created with my Cricut Explore
As you can see I added some stickles glitter to give him some pizzaz
This is what he looks like on Design Space
I've tried to keep him simple so that others can put him together fairly easily.  If you want this cut file-then leave me a comment with your email address and be sure you are a follower and have liked my facebook page.  I will get this uploaded to Dropbox and send you a link.
Here is the finished project for my Olaf....I made Journals for the young women going to summer camp with my church this summer.  I am also working on a Frozen Mini Album that I will have available to purchase as a kit in my Store the end of August so I'll hope you will come back and see that when I've posted it.
Happy Hopping!
Make sure to mark your calendar for MORE projects next Saturday!  You can join the Facebook Event page by clicking HERE

Baptism Mini Album

Baptism Mini Album
My friend and neighbor's little boy had a baptism this month
So I couldn't resist making him a mini album to help him remember this special day.
I included spots for pictures but also places where he could write some of his current favorites and maybe put pictures of his friends now.
Of course I wanted him to remember why he was making this decision.....
and I wanted him to have the words to a song we sang at the Baptism.
I left plenty of spots for  him to post pictures
with the people that mean most to him and that
have helped him feel special on this special day.
Hope you liked my little memory book.

Do You Wanna Build a Snowman??? Disney's Olaf

I wanted to build Disney's Olaf with my Cricut Explore....

I'm joining some bloggy friends in this Disney Pixar Blog Hop at the end of the month....but I just could wait to start working on some Disney Projects.

So I used my Explore (I LOVE IT) to build a Snowman!!

Olaf was so easy to upload and create.....I am going to make a project for the Young Women in my church for a summer camp that will use the characters from Frozen.  This is just the first of a collection that I hope to share with you in the coming weeks.
Be sure and come back and join me on my week to share my Disney Project and I will give my Blog Followers that are also Facebook Friends the Olaf file for their Cricut Explore (If you don't have an Explore-then I will mail you a finished Olaf).

I have kept the pieces pretty simple-so that you can put it together pretty simply.

As you can see he is much cuter with bling.....so I added some Frosed Lace Stickles for that wintery look.
I hope you like my FROZEN creation and will come back on the 28th to see how I use this piece.
And don't forget to see what my Bloggy friends are doing this weekend for their Disney Pixar Projects.  The link is above and on my Facebook Page also.

Graduation Decorations-Water Bottle Style!

So for my daughter's graduation party we wanted to keep the decorations simple
I used Varsity Letters on my Cricut to make her School Letters and some fun ribbon from Hobby Lobby to wrap around the bottles.  The bands slip off easily so you can CHILL the bottles and still slide the band on after taking out of the cooler.

It was a fun touch that we made to match her invitations.....next time I do this idea though I will add a graduation hat to the lid of the bottle....that would be a nice finishing touch.

Decorating water bottles is super easy and a fun way to decorate for any party.
