So the topic today is What do you want to know about your Cricut? As I prepare for my NEW YEAR of classes, I started to think about all of the NEW cartridges released and the NEW colored machines, and all of the NEW paper collections out there-I noticed that there wasn't a lot of NEW information out about the Cricut or the Gypsy. Is that because we all know our machines so well, or because we are all busy trying to learn the New Imagine? Do you know everything you want to know about your machine?
Well help me prepare for a new year of classes and tell me everything you want to know about your Cricut and are unsure about or want to see explained a little better. This year I want everyone to LOVE their Cricut and use it to its fullest potential. Share what you LOVE about your machine and what I should teach my New Students. I just got one for Christmas and I need to know EVERYTHING there is to know. I got one because I've heard all of the things you can do with it, but being a newbie, I have zero idea how to go about doing great things with it.
I would like to know more about the function keys, and how to read the books..ex.. when it says shadow and not avail..etc..

I would like to know more about reading the pamphlets..and why some things are in the book but say not avail...

I agree that most people really want to know the function keys... most don't even use. And there is so much to teach about the Gypsy, from layering to hide-contouring (new word?) to really knowing how to shadow when no shadow is available... I can go on and on!
I have to agree with Yolanda .. i been having my cricut por a year but i don't really know how to use it and i use it yes! but i don't know how to do great thing like how you see other people doing it.. and i have read the book but me i am more visual.. so iwould love videos i don't mind long ones :).. with showing tips ond how to use each key of the cricut!!
I need to learn how to use my Gypsy. Help!!!
