I absolutely had to share this with you. But I decided to do it in a video instead of a printed tutorial although you all may have preferred a written tutorial.
I hope you enjoy it and thanks for watching and being with me while I craft.
Some of you know that my son Derek is now Elder Derek Johns serving a two year mission for our church.
I woke up this morning trying to think of how my letter this week could offer him some inspiration on days when he is a bit down or feeling discouraged and then I remembered his favorite hymn. It is such a beautiful piece of music so I thought I would share it with all of my blogging friends.
This version has a beautiful instrumental section and then is followed by the profound lyrics. I can see why my son likes this song so much....so I think I will send him a CD that has this music on it so he can feel inspired and uplifted whenever he needs a little spark.
I hope it does the same for you on this Sunday morning.
Here are the words you will be hearing in case some of you aren't familiar with this hymn.
3. The works of God continue, And worlds and lives abound; Improvement and progression Have one eternal round. There is no end to matter; There is no end to space; There is no end to spirit; There is no end to race.
4. There is no end to virtue; There is no end to might; There is no end to wisdom; There is no end to light. There is no end to union; There is no end to youth; There is no end to priesthood; There is no end to truth.
5. There is no end to glory; There is no end to love; There is no end to being; There is no death above. There is no end to glory; There is no end to love; There is no end to being; There is no death above.

Cricut® Famous Friends Cartridge, Artiste by Close to My Heart
So now that I'm Copic Certified I need to practice to keep up my newly learned skills.
Here is my first project post-class so I hope you see some improvement!!LOL
I created some mini composition books for my daughters to take with them to Girls Camp.
They have a tradition of having "Secret Sisters" while at camp so I thought this would be a fun gift they could share.....they liked them so much I of course had to make them a few to keep also!
Here is the actual card I created using some wonderful NEW Echo Park paper from my SHOP.
I have a couple of tips to share about working with Copics so I hope you will watch my video below.
If you have any ideas for future Copic projects let me know.....I hope to start my Copic classes at Hobby Lobby in Sandy soon.
Several orders have gone out for my husband's Bow Maker so I wanted to take this opportunity to post a NEW instructional video.
If you need a good laugh or have always wanted to attend an exorcism then watch the prior video just for fun!!
(I sounded possessed by Darth Vader.....yes really!)
Technical problems have now been corrected so I hope this video is clear.
If you have any questions feel free to use the Contact Me form above I am happy to walk anyone through it....it really is simple once you try it once or twice.
I have a few things that stay on my desk at all times. My Circut and my CCR exclusive bow maker are two of those things.
As if the bow maker wasn't handy enough on its own I've found another use for it. I also use it as a Gypsy stand!
The Gypsy fits perfectly in the groove that is designed to keep your pegs from rolling away. I love how this keeps both my Gypsy and the cord out of the way of my Cricut mat when it's cutting!
Thanks for this fun tip Tonya!
Now here is your chance to win a Bow Maker of your very own.
Here's all you have to do:
1-Leave a comment on this post

Creative Cutter Room Bow Maker
