How to use UTEE! Quick Tip Tuesday!

Hi this is Carri with DoubleClick bringing a quick tip your way!

As part of the Creative Cutter Room design team I would like to share this quick tip with you!
I have a love/hate relationship with UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel) I love it because it is so unique, I hate it because it is messy!

Before and after:

Check out my Lolly Pops that I made using UTEE:

Tools you will need:
UTEE Can be purchased at Micheal's and Hobby Lobby for $12.99
Heat Gun
Popsicle Stick
Versa mark or embossing ink
The Image

Use caution when using your heat gun! Super hot! UTEE turns the paper into almost like a plastic. The UTEE melts and is very hot! The more coats of UTEE you use the shiner and harder the image becomes.
Be careful when removing your cut, if you have many layers of UTEE it will crack! UTEE does make the image bend so you need to flatten it while it is still warm!

Check out my super quick tip video!

I hope you enjoyed my quick tip!

Carrie, I really loved you quick tip! I love how you attached the smaller piece to the Popsicle stick ! How clever and I never knew you could do embossing in layers:)
